12月09日訊 本輪英超，瓦爾迪5分鐘內(nèi)傳射幫助萊斯特城連扳兩球2-2戰(zhàn)平布萊頓，即將38歲的瓦爾迪英超生涯總進球數(shù)已經(jīng)來到142球。

瓦爾迪是目前英超現(xiàn)役總進球數(shù)第二多的球員，僅次于170球的薩拉赫。瓦爾迪目前排在英超歷史總射手榜第15的位置，距離第11名的歐文還有8球差距。

值得一提的是，歐文曾在2016年公開批評瓦爾迪，歐文當時表示瓦爾迪是一名“幸運的前鋒”而非“天生的射手”，稱他“總是追求力量悶頭射門，不是優(yōu)雅的終結(jié)者”，這在當時引發(fā)了不少的討論。
